i have pay monthly sim and i have broadband and still cant access and bills on my ee app or anything , I still haven't received any account number for them and I took them out together on the same day paid my 1st mobile bill and broadband billl despite not having any access to the bills page or anything....... help I dont know what to do I have no emails either account numbers on or letters

If you speak with our Customer Care team, they'll be able to locate both accounts and try to link them from our side for you.
