Hi, I opted to pay for my mobile phone in my phone bill over 24 months. That ends tomorrow & should come off my bill. I don't want an upgrade. Do i let you know or does that charge automatically come off?  Thanks

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.

If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. Otherwise if you intend to move to another network, either taking your existing no. with you or not, get your PAC or STAC respectively from EE & give it to your new provider.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

My bill should be £18 per month on contract but as i opted to pay for my phone at £23 over the 24 months its £41 per month. The 24 months of the extra £23 is up tomorrow. My monthly bill should go back to £18?

Do you have separate contracts for the phone & for the airtime plan?

I think so.

I  offered to pay there & then for the phone but they said it was better to pay for it over the 24 months.
