Everything on bill is 9.3% higher

Hi tgere...wellI'm trying...& failing...to find out my bill has suddenly gone from prox £48.00 per m8nth to £65.00?!

That's  big increase...why?

Can anyone help please?

Have you checked your bill breakdown in My EE?

Is it your monthly price plan cost or total bill that has gone up? If it's the total bill, are their any additional charges showing for services that aren't included in your monthly allowances?

Hi James,
No it was just my monthly Direct Debit amount.
It seem to be a very big increase & I'm not sure why?

I'd recommend viewing your bill in My EE, where you'll be able to see a breakdown of the charges.
