Hi my phone and bills are set up to the wrong address, how do I change my address so my bill are not going to my neighbour instead of me, they must have got the number wrong at the car phone warehouse

Are you looking to update your address for a mobile account or home broadband?

 

For mobile please follow these steps:

 

Log in to your My EE > Menu > Account settings > Personal details > Your address 

 

To arrange a home move for you home broadband, please visit our 'EE Home Broadband moving home' article for full guidance.

You should be able to change your address in your My EE account online.

Hello @AntK

 

You can change your address by logging in to your My EE Online and following these steps:

 

Menu > Account settings > Scroll to Account details > Select 'Manage' under your address. 

 

If you are still unable to do this via your My EE please give us a call.
