Change my address

Hi my phone and bills are set up to the wrong address, how do I change my address so my bill are not going to my neighbour instead of me, they must have got the number wrong at the car phone warehouse

I have just checked Firefox on my Apple phone and clicked on the three dots and can change it to desktop from there.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

It shows error every time I try to change my home address on ‘select account settings’.

I can’t change my address at all, every time I try to log in I keep getting the error message. Looks like I’ll have to phone customer service
