I have a business contract with EE. I am paying monthly. Ive tried creating and linking the mobile to an account so i can view balance, payments etc so i dont miss them but everytime i try and link it asks for code i put it in etc then it says
You can try linking again or come back later when we’ve fixed things.
Ive come back many times and still same. Please help!

I've got exactly the same issue and despite several hours on the phone with "customer services" over the last year they have been able to do absolutely nothing to help. I'm beyond angry about it.

Nonsense. Customer services are no help at all. After hours on the phone on several occasions the problem persists.
