Cant link sim to check balance payments etc

I have a business contract with EE. I am paying monthly. Ive tried creating and linking the mobile to an account so i can view balance, payments etc so i dont miss them but everytime i try and link it asks for code i put it in etc then it says 

We’re having trouble linking your products

 

You can try linking again or come back later when we’ve fixed things.

 

Ive come back many times and still same. Please help!

Setting up the online access is a great way to manage your mobile and keep an eye on the usage. 
We'd love to get you up and running as quickly as possible. As you're seeing an error, please give our customer service team a call where a guide will be able to manually link the mobile to your online account.
