I login to the web site but cannot access Bill & Payment information and also Plan & Subscription

What happens if you try logging into your EE account and make the payment?
Do you get an error message?
Our Ways to pay your bill pages have ways to make a payment for mobile, broadband and pay as you go.

The app doesn't work either.
There are serious problems with the web site. Any time I try to log in I have to reset my password.
When I manage to login I cannot view neither Bills & Payments nor Plans & Subscriptions.
I reported this some time ago, chased it many times but still having the same problem.
Not a good reputation. I don't know how EE can hide behind this problem and not able to provide a fix.

Call EE CS and ask them to delete you online profile then you can register again.
Hopefully that might work.

Rubbish
having the same problems getting in to the system to pay a bill after they couldn’t action a did that they set up at the shop.
so frustrating, if this is the future they can keep it!,,,

@marktomlinson44 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
