I login to the web site but cannot access Bill & Payment information and also Plan & Subscription

The app doesn't work either.
There are serious problems with the web site. Any time I try to log in I have to reset my password.
When I manage to login I cannot view neither Bills & Payments nor Plans & Subscriptions.
I reported this some time ago, chased it many times but still having the same problem.
Not a good reputation. I don't know how EE can hide behind this problem and not able to provide a fix.

Call EE CS and ask them to delete you online profile then you can register again.
Hopefully that might work.
