Can't see my Broadband Renewal Deals

I'm trying to see my Broadband Renewal Deals but when I click in the app it takes me to 'The Legal Bit' but I can't get any further. Before I call is there anything else I can do. Thanks

Have you looked in your online MyEE for BB under Change your broadband plan ?
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I am having the same issue as OP and tried your suggestion.
When I go to Change your broadband plan I am unable to login to my account.
The Log in button seems not working.
However the other Log in button on the top right works but takes me to the OP issue.

Are you trying to log in using the app or on the webpage?
Are you able to try and log in from a different device or browser?

Using the app on the iPhone I get same behaviour as Chrome on the laptop.
