I'm writing in regards to a phone bill. I wanted clarification in why I have been paying more than my current plan which is at £47. On 12th August I have been charged of £61.83. On 12th of July I have been charged £21.46 and on 12th of September £58.99. Can you please let me know why such an irregular monthly charge?

Did you upgrade your plan between July & Aug? That would account for that increase.
