I am a pay monthly user in EE, and the bills were always been taken from my debit card regularly. I have enough money to pay the bill in my bank account and the bank app shows that I have recently paid my EE bill in 17th Sept. However, I received a suspension notification from EE in Oct saying that I have an outstanding payment and that my account is suspended. I am super confused about it.
Also I am not in the UK at the moment and will not be in the UK for the next few months, and my EE sim card cannot get signal in the country where I currently live in to make any phone calls to the customer service or text 150. I also couldn’t find where to pay the ‘outstanding’ bill on the website, what can I do about it now? Will my phone number be recalled because of this situation?
Thanks!

@tenderscar You paid the September bill but what about Octobers bill that was on the 17th it’s now the 23rd You pay upfront not in arrears.

Yeah that’s pretty weird. So my monthly payment should be around £23 but the notification said the outstanding payment was around £46?
And I checked my bank app, it showed that the oct payment is due on Oct.17th, i understand it’s oct.24th now but as it is an automatically payment to be taken from the bank and I still have enough money to pay for the bill in the bank acc, I wonder why it did not work?
Could you please let me know if there’s any ways that the payment could be re-taken from my bank account or if there’s any ways that i can pay the money manually (I am still trying to find the payment tab on the web but apparently the web is not loading the page).
Thank you very much for your time and help!

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
