Hi
I ordered a phone last night and paid an upfront cost. I then received an email to say please phone us to discuss your order . My credit score isn’t the best so I’m guessing it’s been declined. I tried phoning today but in the time I had I couldn’t get through. Will this just automatically cancel and my upfront cost refunded ? How long does it take ?

@Ccarl271 If you don’t call the order should be cancelled and you’ll be refunded within 7-10 days. But sometimes you are requested call and when you do customer support might say you don’t need to as everything is ok.

It is worth giving the team a call to see what they need, as if you'd been declined they'd usually email to let you know that was the case. They may just need a little bit more information to put the order through.
