Hi all just looking for some help regarding a recent order. I have recently added Sony WF1000xm5 headphones to my EE account which is showing as add to plan. When I purchased through the app the pricing gave me £19 a month for 11 months so I ordered. I then received an email from EE confirming my order and payment details which shows the invoice as £19 a month for 11 months. I also have screen shot of the pricing and also a text confirming £19 a month.Added to this a further confirmation email after shipping again confirming the plan and showing pricing as £19 a month for 11 months. The headphones have since been delivered however I have then received another text message saying thanks for buying an accessory you will pay £23 a month.
It looks like since I placed my order the pricings have changed online and on the app. I thought this may have been something to do with VAT however nowhere on the confirmation emails or texts along with order process does it mention vat. Would this be a pricing error?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
