My account isn’t registered and unable to link devices via the ee app, asking for a 4 digit code sent to my mobile number but no code gets sent?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Spoken with customer services and they say it’s a problem with the activation of my ee id not working, they’ve logged a calm with tech team for me
