Hi all,
I am very confused by the EE bill, charging more than the plan I subscribed to.
I have two contracts on my account and just a few pennies in additional charges in the month.
And yet, the bill shows me these gems? It does not explain anywhere where the difference comes from, either.
"How we worked out your bill" is less than helpful here.
This happens every month. So what is this difference between the plan amount and the actual cost I'm being charged?
Does anybody know?
Thanks.

Yes, turns out it's just EE increasing the amount every year by inflation-linked percentages.
Last year, for example, they increased it by 7.9%!
Over the course of my current two year contract, which is going to end this year, they increased my plan by a total of 24%!!!!!
I would say it's criminal, but I'm not exactly going to dig through the small print to and make a fuss. I'll just make wiser choices when my contract ends.

Hi @pmetzdorf
Welcome to the community.
If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check the history on your account and explain what has happened.
