Hi,
I’ve been a customer for many years and have a few contracts/ products.
I am thinking of upgrading to a new iPhone. Will I be externally credit checked for this, or is it just new customers that are credit checked?

If you have to ask then you know that maybe this will be a problem.
You never used to be checked for upgrades but the ownership/contract for the device is separate now with flex pay.
