Can't checkout basket on phone or website

Been trying to do a fairly basic upgrade. On the website (safari and chrome) it won't take me to the check out screen just stops. On the app it redirects to the web and then says too many redirects. 

The deal I want is only available online so there is no point in ringing and I don't want to be on the phone for age with what is seemingly a very common problem with the site and app. 

I wondered if the bug has happened because I end up with a cheaper deal and it is trying to stop me doing this? Built in so customers can't get deals?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble upgrading through your account.  

Are you able to clear your cookies and cache to see if this helps?

If you continue to see an issue, I'd recommend getting in touch to speak with our technical team. They'll be able to investigate further and raise a support ticket if needed to ensure this is sorted.
