Hello
I took a new 2 years contract 5 days ago: new iphone and plan. The plan costs me £30 a month plus iphone monthly payment. However I would like to keep my new iphone but change the plan to smth cheaper (i have another unlimited plan with EE and can share my data). how can do that? As an option i can pay full for the iphone and change the plan.

@gary_mensky If this was a phone or online sale you get a 14 day cooling off period where you need to call customer service and tell them you don’t want it. You’ll be required to return the product. You can then take out the contract you do want. You can’t just swap to a cheaper tariff. If this was a store sale then unfortunately you do not have a cooling of period and you’ve got that contract for the next 2 years

The phone pricing is often based in-part on your monthly plan cost.
EE CS on 150 can advise for certain, but you may well need to cancel the upgrade under distance-selling 14days "change of mind" (assuming you purchased online or via telesales), return the phone and then upgrade again to whatever combination you do want.
