Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me here, my contract with EE came to an end on 10th August and I received my final bill with a refund of £1. One of my inclusive extra was Netflix.
As per the screenshots attached my Netflix account is still active and states billed through EE package. I reached out to Netflix and they stated to contact EE, I spent 45+ minutes on the phone with EE's billing team and they couldn't see any issues. Has anyone come across this before and how did you resolve this?
Many Thanks

I am having exactly the same problem, my account was closed in November and I have tried countless times to remove EE from my Netflix and Xbox accounts, but nothing has worked. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

I have exactly the same issue. Netflix stated clearly this was an ee issue and kept telling me that ee were charging me. They are not, I can not change my Netflix account to add an additional household as it still states that I am paying for this through my ee tv package, I cancelled this in May. I just want my Netflix account unlinked from ee so I can actually pay for the service I am getting and add on what I need! I have email evidence that my Netflix subscription was cancelled through ee back in May too

Switch on Netflix. But never actually let you switch it off. I had Netflix as part of my EE TV. Package, which I cancelled along with my broadband back in May this year. I am no longer being charged. EE have kept the link to my Netflix account open. So on the plus side free Netflix! On the down side I can not add any households to my subscription because EE does not allow it! All I want is for EE to unlink my account. Netflix have told me EE are the only ones able to do this!
