Biling

I instructed the removal of some TV extras and went back to basic TV on 6th May.  EE collected the full package amount shortly after and there is nothing I can see in my account to indicate that there will be an appropriate reduction on 6th June. Any thoughts on how changes to accounts work in practice?

@hjamieson67 : Your May bill was probably already made up on 6th May when you downgraded as it was paid shortly after. Your reduction should appear in your next, June, bill but you won't see it until then. Texting BILL to 150 might show you projected changes.

Hi @hjamieson67

Following @XRaySpeX reply, for some further explanation of what happens with billing after a change, and working examples, you can have a look at Understanding your EE bill after an upgrade

Although it mentions upgrades, it also works the same when products are added and removed.

Hope this helps!
