Payment purchase ID

Hi, I have made a payment for my contract bill and need a payment reference ID. I cant seem to find one anywhere. There isnt anything in my confirmation email and I dont see anything on the website or the app. Am I jist looking in the wrong areas? If anyone can help, I would be grateful

Can I just check what the payment reference ID is for, as this isn't something we'd typically provide. You should be able to see a reference in your online banking app.

Hello,

I use an app called EasyFundraising which helps make donations to charities or good causes from the payments you make online. They usually would go through automatically when paying on the website, but as I paid on the app it did not go through. Now I need a reference number to prove the payment and hopefully have the donation accepted.

I can try using my banking app reference to see if that will work

The bank reference should work for you as this shows the payment has been taken.
