hi everytime i go in the ee site to check my bill i cannot see it
it tells me there is a fault and i cannot see my bill ,and try tfreshing the page
or check later !
this is a very bad system and needs sorted out
as i couid not see my last bill and i had extra money removed from my account !
i have not changed any of my services i pay for ,if i could see my bill i can check to
see why an extra amount of money was removed
if this is not sorted il be going elsewere for my broadband !

Welcome to the community,
Is this via the EE App or by logging into your account via the website or both?
Have you asked customer service to refresh your account, as this can sometimes sort it out?
Also have you tried uninstalling the app, rebooting and reinstalling the app to see if that corrects it?
