I have a BT Advanced Phone (3 years old) connected to my EE hub. A few days ago I was unable to make outgoing calls after it has been working fine after the original install. After several conversations with EE support staff, reloading software in the hub , powering the hub off and on a few times, the problem remained. I realised today that I had not powered the Phone base off and on, doing this and bingo this solved our problems.
