Complaints at a dead end with no care from EE

This is a last gasp attempt at maybe getting help or some direction.
I’ve been with BT for years and kept being asked to move to EE. So after a number of email exchanges with a customer adviser I took out a BB, TNT sports, landline and 2x EE one sims.
1st warning sign was that the adviser set my account up on a wrong email address, which when I emailed him he said he would fix. Still not fixed a day or 2 later so I mailed him again and no reply at all!!
I made a number of calls and advisers seemed helpful and kept saying there was an issue merging my accounts and needed to get passed to a special team.
additionally one of the deal agreements was to keep TNT on sky.
After a number of calls I eventually got a Manager to handle my case a Jane Hamnett, who again made all the right noises but alas she is also now not really to emails. To the point that the last adviser said he had messaged her on MS teams and also sent her an internal email and cc in her manager but still no contact.
i still can’t get into my EE accounts and although I can get TNT on sky, I can’t get it on discovery plus.
I’m at a compete dead end, have 2 complaints raised but now none in EE give a dam and everytime I call I get nowhere.
does anyone have a contact within the complaints from a previous contact or any senior managers emails add that I can reach out to as I don’t known where to go next!!!

Thanks mate but already done that twice. 1st one was 13/03 and got a ref but no further contact on it.
