Hello 

I want to leave EE, I am trying to call from overseas, unfortunately they put me on hold for more then 40min. this is unacceptable ????????????

this is a scam .....

Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm

Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm

looking for easy way, to LEAVE EE

How do I cancel my contract with EE? ESAY WAY, I call them, they PUT me on HOLD for 1 hour !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone either:

  • If you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 2) in my sig. and give 14 days notice OR
  • If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP other than VM & if you're not changing to or from FTTP, you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final EE bill.
