Devolo 1200+ not connecting to EE Router

Just moved house, trying to setup Devolo 1200 Powerline adaptors (all working perfectly fine at old location), plug powerline adaptor in and connect to EE Router, light continually flashing red, reset, factory reset, no change, CAT cables swapped, no change.

Is there an issue with the EE Hub and these devices ?

Cheers

@DTomlinson  what are you connecting the powerlines to and from?

Have you tried resyncing them on two power outlets close to the router - evn if you have to use a extension lead?

Do they have any set up instructions?

Are there any other powerlines closeby?

Hi - the single powerline adaptor (I havent even paired the wifi powerline repeaters yet) plugs into a wall outlet near the hub and is connected to it with a CAT 6 cable, the LED indicator normally flashes for a while and then goes steady white, then you plug in the extenders to wall sockets nearby and pair them with WPS to the hub.... then you go and plug them into sockets around the house.... but the powerline adaptor isnt talking to the hub, havent found anything online

The powerline has to be able to talk to another powerline first before it can pass Lan traffic and then WLAN connectivity.

Hi Mustrum - the powerline adapter connected to the router simply flashes red (waiting for another device as you say), connect the other device, get a solid wireless symbol, flashing home/wps symbol (both white). Hit pairing button on both devolo devices, both flash white. powerline adapter eventually returns to flashing red.

@DTomlinson   not sure I have the right manual, but it seems the speed of flashing is important.

Have you tried setting them up close to each other after resetting them?

Is this the devices you have?  https://www.devolo.co.uk/fileadmin/Web-Content/DE/products/hnw/dlan-1200-plus-wifi-ac-powerline/docu...

Yes thats them - I have them literally next to each other to try to pair.
