Hi, since yesterday I don't have an Internet. I tried to contact a support team but it seems it is impossible to call them. Only way is to send a text message to 66033. I did that, but there is no answer for hours, no one acknowledged my text message, no one called me back. What do I do? How do I contact them ?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

What lights show on the router?
If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.
What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

Hi @Anna_Sochacka
Please call our technical team using the number on our Contact Us | Broadband Help | EE page.
When you call, just be sure to select option 2 as the very first option, which will bypass the text message service and get you through to a guide.
It's worth checking you have the correct contact numbers set up on your account, as the Automated Help to 66033 should have responded quicker, and a call back if needed.
If you haven't done so already, you can also have a look through our Fix an EE broadband connection problem page for some additional steps you can try.
Hope this helps!
