So as many moved from bt to to ee . Cant complain about the switch is was all ok , no issues there . The issues is the new router . It takes so long for the router ethernet to connect to my desktop when booting up the pc around 30 seconds or so . May not be an issue for some , but i have so many items set to check for update at start up, that i get a a screen full of cant connect to check because of the slow ethernet being active .

I have the smart plus hub i believe  900 mb full fibre . The old bt hub works like a charm , i plugged it back in and instant connection on boot up  an no error messages about checking for updates .

I have  got the package to send to bt  router back, but to be honest i do not want too . They can have there ee router back and i would like to just keep using my bt router. Who can i talk to about this issue ?. Thank you

@lee359 Yes, it is unfortunate, but just one of the oops that the EE Smarthub+ router has. Glad that you are up and running, at least you have a few extra ports now!
