Router and WiFi disc compatibility.

Is the new grey EE Smart Hub SH32B (Model F5394-P EE) compatible with the older round white EE Smart WiFi Disc WE410443-0T? We have this new router (or were forced into accepting it!) though can't seem to pair this EE disc.

Any help is greatfully welcomed.

The white round EE Smart WiFi Disc is not compatible with the EE SH+. Only the EE Smart WiFi (SW30A) extenders are.

Hi XRaySpeX, I unfortunately expected as much though needed to hear it from someone in-the-know.

Thank you for taking the time to read and answer my query. I'm now off to FleaBay to get my hands on an SW30A.

I had the same issue, unfortunately not, however if you have it included in your plan you can call 150 and have them send out the correct ones, if it's not included then you can get it added on to your plan 🙂
