Hey all I'm pretty new to this.. I currently have the 4G WIFI  mini device but I have asked for the hub but was told I can set that up myself but since speaking to a guide online they've got all ordered for me but said I will someone to come out to install it?  I'd rather just get the hub and connect myself or is that not possible? Thanks Erin

@Erin91 : No, you need more than just a router. As you've ordered Full Fibre it needs to be laid to your property and a modem box, called the ONT, fixed to the inside of a wall near where you want the router.

If you or previous tennats have had full fibre before then you should just be able to "plug and play", if not then you will need an engineer, the guide you spoke to would have probably been able to tell if its needed or not, you can tell if you have a fibre to the house connection by looking at the box the router will connect to, I think if the box has a plug to go into the wall then it's probably a fibre to the house connection.
