I agreed to switch on 1st November but this has not happened, order tracking shows pending! How long does it take?

Hi @09mogNF 

Did you place the order on the 1st Nov, or was that the agreed installation date? 

When ordering your switch, there will be an installation date booked in for the date of switch, as well as new equipment that is sent a couple days before the new service is due to come live.

Order my change to EE from BT on the 30 January had I expected to turn up today 17 February  , got order number and confirmation but didn’t turn up phone Bt and said they couldn’t find order but had a order number .spent 35 minutes on the phone put on sales but offered it with Bt but wanted £18 more going to charge to Virgin, Bt are a disgrace.

I am sorry you have not received the equipment after placing an order and the team could not locate this when you called.

Did the sales team advise if the order had been cancelled or if this was not fully processed when you placed this in January? Did you receive updates for the delivery?
