ee wifi hotspot not connecting

Hello,

I've had an EE Broadband for years now and I noticed that the previous bt wifi hotspot near me has now become an EE Wifi hotspot which I have been trying to connect to with my regular ee details but it doesn't let me connect. It doesn't say incorrect password or anything, it just refreshes to the same page once I press login.

Any ideas?

I am new to this topic. I have the same problem. Have verified my Broaddand account and mobile extras include free wi-fi. Has it been resolved yet?

Have you spoken with our Customer Care team to make sure that everything is set up as it should be from our side?
