Hi all,
Hoping someone can help.... I have main sky Q 2tb box hard wired via ethernet through the main smart hub pro and got 3 mini sky q boxes around the house but after a few hours they keep getting disconnected from internet or completely disconnected from sky q main box,
I never had this issue with Sky fibre and that connection was alot slower although i did have 3 mesh Deco discs around the house which i have since removed as the smart EE extender is giving perfect coverage around the house with the one,
.. Any thoughts on how to stabilise connection?
Thanks

@preet86 Would look on the Sky Q site for a solution, sky mini connects to the sky q box in there own kind of mesh system with the aid of the Sky router that you used previous, has take sky years to get it all working so you may find that the EE router and Extender is not going to be your solution. First have a look to see if the SkyQ and the Mini have there own network, should be easy to spot as it will have a sky SSID name unless you kept that name for the EE router system as a quick setup option.
if you think it was the deco that sorted it out, you could put it back on as quick test to see how/if it works. Powerline has been successful in connecting the mini boxes back to the q box via ethernet, and you should see that in the sky q forum.

@preet86 how are are clashing, so changing channels where possible, or even moving the Sky Q box mini boxes connected? If via WiFi, nearer the mini's and router further away may help. it could be that the Sky Q box and your Router WiFi
