Hello,
I've had an EE Broadband for years now and I noticed that the previous bt wifi hotspot near me has now become an EE Wifi hotspot which I have been trying to connect to with my regular ee details but it doesn't let me connect. It doesn't say incorrect password or anything, it just refreshes to the same page once I press login.
Any ideas?

@hana16 you need to be subscribed to the service to use it, at present it is not free for EE users.
That said if you already have EE Broadband that should be your first method of WiFi connection, apart from anything else it will be faster and have less restrictions.

I have the same exact issue. I pay for it every month and have done for a year and this has only started happening when BT hotspots became EE ones.

So I've been using BT Wifi hotspots for over a year now. Ever since they became EE hotspots I've been unable to connect to them on my phone. It won't tell me if my password is incorrect, it just refreshes the page no matter what I enter. It worked fine on my PC up until 30m ago and now I can no longer connect to it either. I was able to overlook it not working on my phone as I can use data but not my PC. I don't understand why this is suddenly happening.

@sugarcvone @Gb80 are you still logging in with the same username and password after picking the appropriate initial option?

i'm having similar issue. Used to connect without problem when BT but now asks for EE broadband password which I enter then it doesn't recognise it and after repeated attempts it says it blocks my EE account. No good when out and about.

I tried trouble shooting page listed by Christopher but can't see how it solves my issue as did all the connecting steps severla times. On searching for info on this issue I noticed the extremely high charges for a voucher to connect. Perhaps this is what is being pushed rather than looking after existing customers.

@uncertain : Which "EE broadband password" are you trying to supply? That of your router's BB password or that of your MyEE holding your BB a/c?
