contact details for BT/EE scottish distribution centre

I posted my hub back to BT/EE scottish distribution centre and the following week my mum was returning a shopping parcel.  The woman at the post office scanned the same QR code for the hub and has now sent a pair of shoes to the distribution centre.  I am trying to get the parcel returned to me.  Is there any contact details available?

That sounds like an unfortunate mix-up. Unfortunately, BT/EE’s Scottish distribution centre isn’t set up to deal directly with customer enquiries, so there generally isn’t a public contact number or email for retrieving parcels sent there by mistake.

Your best option is to contact BT/EE customer support and explain exactly what happened, including the tracking number and the date the parcel was sent. You should also contact Royal Mail (or whichever courier the Post Office used) to report the misrouted parcel, as they may be able to investigate or advise on the next steps.

Hopefully, if the parcel is identified as not belonging to BT/EE, it may be returned to the postal network. Good luck I hope you’re able to get it back.
