XtraBoost Extender

Hi,

I have a Smart Hub 7 Plus router, and a few XtraBoost extenders which were purchased in 2021.    They worked fine on my previous PlusNet account, but won't connect to the Smart Hub on my new EE account.    Are they just too outdated for the new router?

Regards Phil.

@PT30 : As the XtraBoost extenders only support 2.4 GHz WiFi4 or 2.4 & 5 GHz WiFi5 at best they are unlikely to be compatible with any of the EE SH 6 or 7's. Your previous PN router would've been WiFi5.

@PT30 Entirely possible they may or may not connect especially on the Main Network. You should try getting them on the Compatible Feature network, if speed is what you want then do upgrade them to at least wifi 6 devices.
