Hi, I received a text message from EE that I have not returned the BT equipment after I moved to EE. I have proof of posting and Royal Mail tracking showing the equipment was delivered and signed for on 26th July 2024 by the Scottish Distribution Centre. How do I pass this proof to EE as it seems impossible to speak to a human being!
