12 months game pass with EE full fibre 900 broadband

Hi,

I seem to be having an issue obtaining the 12 months game pass ultimate following upgrading my BB to full fibre 900, have rang up to be told that they are not aware of that promotion?! It's clearly all over the interent....has anyone else had this issue and how was it resolved please.?
