child can move devices out of a group

Hi,

My daughter is able to by pass the EE parental controls even when they are on strict.  She can change the name of the device which removes controls and she can also take it out of a group which also removes schedules and controls.  How can it be so easy!!?

The parental controls are not fit for purpose.   I’m very disappointed in them.

@Redders4 It's just so easy for the Tech aware youngsters with a whole load off friends available to help. What device make is she using?

@Redders4  that’s because you’ve gave her access intentionally or not.  Is she doing this via the app or by logging in to the router directly.  ?  If directly why not change the admin password of the router so she doesn’t know it.   The default admin login is on the router.
