i have transferred my broadband from bt to ee, when i log onto ee my broadband account is not showing

Alas there is a large group of us in the same boat, 3 months in I’m unable to pair the smart hub plus router to the app or see the online Broadband bill, they are charging £3 month too for a paper copy!
BT have started a BT to EE migration trial due to all the problems encountered..
I sent back BT smart hub 2 and WiFi extenders these were replaced with EE ones which are significantly slower and only 1 connects not 2.
One last try to get the EE user ID, email to all link up.

What are you seeing when you log into the EE app?
Also is it giving you the option to link your account?

Have you had a chance to try giving us a call on the number listed in your message?
All the details for your accounts need to match perfectly, so sometimes this will just need our team to take a look so we can make sure everything is as it should be.

I've had over 15 hours on the phone to numerous locations ,Falkirk, Dublin, Newcastle, Cardiff , multiple times they've tried linking it all, to no avail. I've had other people accounts linked tomy address, other orders I've never placed ..it's quite shocking what has happened since I went to renew with BT and you've moved me over to EE .
I see the EE router is using the @ bthomebroadband as a login
