Why have I been getting less than the minimum broadband speed in lincoln for months now ?

@mickski56What was the advised minimum speed you were quoted, on which device and what package are we talking about? Supply a sample also of your minimum speed...

Minimum Fibre Download Speed is 26.5 Mb/Sec

Maximum Fibre Download Speed is 29.5 Mb/Sec

Minimum Fibre Upload Speed is 4.1 Mb/Sec

Maximum Fibre Upload Speed is 4.6 Mb/Sec

Minimum Guaranteed Download Speed is 23.90 Mb/Sec

Mine is usually around 8Mb/Sec down and 2.7Mb/Sec up

on an .EE Smart Hub

@mickski56 Login to the router manager, http://192.168.1.254 top left click on the status box, take a look at sync speeds up and down, those are what you router is at just now, also the times for network up and system up, capture the screen on yours and attach the picture to your reply. Model of your router is on a label, but attached the link so you can look and compare the name.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.
