EE mobile customer for years, trying to switch to EE Broadband but keep getting error messages.....is this an EE error? Any suggestions how I resolve this without sitting on the phone for ages?

@Mhari79 Switching from who to EE? And what error message do you get?

Switching from Virgin Media - trying to complete the process on EE website but I get to the "checkout" and it tells me "sorry something went wrong, try again later" has been happening all day 😞

@Mhari79 Take it that you have a Fibre or Copper OR line to the property, are you trying to do Broadband only, or including landline phone. No one has reported anything on the Forum.

Am I right in thinking you're logged into your account when doing this, and can otherwise see all of the details for your mobile plan and bills etc?

If you haven't already, it's worth giving this a try through a different device or browser.
