Digital voice disconnects

Following on from all the problems I've found my phone service is dropping out on calls. One neighbour just called and we were disconnected twice!Never experienced problems before. Landline to landline call. No idea what's causing it. Any ideas?

BT to EE Broadband

It is suggested in many places on this forum that BT is keen to move its residential customers to EE. If that is the case, then why is BT Broadband still on offer with an introductory discount? The marketing looks to be a little odd.
