How do I adjust it to be a modem as I have an inhouse Draytek master routerfor my Control4 setup?

@Barrcr You don't there is no modem mode off operation on any off the EE Hub's.

You don't but you can leave out EE SH7+ & just connect the Draytex to the ONT modem in the wall as long as you don't have DV.
