No Internet in SE8, London

Abysmal broadband speed

Am i getting ripped off

I had fiber installed about 4 months ago and was guaranteed 90 to 100 mgps, i have been checking the speed lately and all i am getti g is around 30.Am i getting the usual starts off good then when your not looking get ripped off?
