Engineer visit never happened

So I have been waiting for an engineer visit to complete some exterior work on my property. They were meant to do it on 22/12 but never happened and the date keeps changing to current day. How do I go about finding out when it will actually happen?

Linksys mesh system router set up

Problems with wifi

Been trying for days to get hold of EE. Charging me everytime I use text service.  They keep. Checking the line saying no problem then I get no call  back.as I still have a problem . Anyone have a number I can speak to a human !Thanks for your time 

2 internt providers?

My house mates use up all the routers ports and I'm wanting to get my own Internet provider. They use BT. Could EE provide me with separate Internet?

Router port configuration help?

Hello!Is it possible to only allocate a specific speed to a particular LAN port on my EE home broadband router? Want to use one to run a cable to an AP in my garden, but would only need around 20 mbps for it. Cheers!
