As above I have received an email advising I have switched Web Protect off. But I did not.
I have read this thread (https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Broadband-Landline/I-just-got-an-email-telling-that-I-had-switched-off...) and the advice there doesn't help because when I go into the "Advanced Web Protect" option in the app, it states "Something went wrong. Try again".
No matter how many times I try again "Something went wrong".

I'm sorry you are having trouble checking this in the app, have you tried it on a web browser to see if you still get the same error?
