Smart wifi not appearing on network tree

I have just switched from BT FTTC to EE 1G full fibre. My 3 Smart wifi extenders to not appear on Hub manager (192.168.1.254) or the network tree on the app, despite the fact I installed them through the App.  Customer service no help.

Upload speed faster than download speed

I currently have a 900mbps package and use a SH Pro router instead of the SH Plus router I was provided.I am getting bizarre speed test results as below, is this just because certain sites don't work properly?
