After switching from BT and receiving no email with account details etc. Managed eventually to get an account number after calling EE but still cannot add my broadband to my EE app or the website. It refuses the Details form with "Please enter a valid billing account number" I have called again to explain the problem and the chap tried to sort things out but was not successful and said he would pass this on to someone who would get back to me. So far not a word.

@AndyMorgan12 Your account number is it in the form of GBxxxxxxxx 8 numbers after the GB for the new EE system. If you cannot add your self by the link to your account, then you are down to having EE CS do it for you, take it you can see your EE ID profile ok, would login with your ID take a look and make sure those details are all correct. To get EE back to you, from a mobile registered to your account, send a text "" GUIDE to 66033 "" and someone will call you back.

Thanks for your assistance, Guess I'll have to wait for EE CS to sort things out. Bit frustrated as I cannot us EE TV until the broadband is set up.

@AndyMorgan12 You also may have been too early, until it all filters through the system and gets in place, nothing is instant so may be timing issue.

Well another week has gone by and no response from EE CS. The problem is still happening, so I will have to call again to try and get them to sort it out. Ho Hum.
